Sophie Bear got up this morning and flung open the curtains
shouting "SNOW - it's SNOWED". Mrs Keen came running
in, thinking something was wrong. Sophie was pointing out
of the window and sure enough, the garden, the car and the
path were all covered in white.
Sophie loves snow and ran downstairs, pulling on her coat
and hat quickly. Mrs Keen made her have breakfast first but
then she went out to play.

The next day Sophie has got up and was disappointed
because there's not much snow. However as she sat eating her
breakfast it started to snow again! She jumped up and sat
at the window watching all day!
Sophie was hoping for enough to make a snowman
but by lunchtime most of it had melted. Sophie was very disappointed.
Poor Sophie.
