They drove into London but parked near a station and got onto the tube to get to Oxford Street. Sophie was a bit scared because they were underground and it was very busy.

When they got out of the tube station Sophie started jumping up and down. "Look!" she shouted, "It's Father Christmas doing his christmas shopping too!"

They looked down the road and saw how pretty all the lights were.

Mrs Keen said they still had to walk a fair way because they were going to choose a present for Sophie's sister, Sarah. Sophie wondered where they were going?

They turned a corner and Sophie started jumping up and down - "are we going to Hamleys?". "Yes - but we're only looking for Sarah - not you!"

Sophie stood looking into the shop window staring at all the toys. She pushed her snout right up against the glass!

Inside, Sophie looked around all the toys, wondering where to go first. A store person came up and asked, "Can I help you Sophie?".

Sophie replied, "I'm looking for a present for my sister, Sarah." "Well, you should go up in the lift to the young children's toys." "Thank you", replied Sophie politely.

When they got home, Sarah came running up to see what they had bought. Sophie didn't want to show her because it should be a surprise.

"Go and hide it in your bedroom Sophie," said Mrs Keen.
